Any item that has been reduced in price or has any type of sale or discount applied to it, will be a FINAL SALE.

Shipped Orders

We will refund shipped orders within 30 days of shipping it out. If you need to return an item, package it up with your order number inside, and ship it to:

We are not responsible for items not received or returned within 30 days. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded and no shipping label will be provided.

Refunds or store credit will not be issued for items returned with any odor, pet hair, signs of wear, or missing tags, as it would now be considered as used. We are not responsible for improper care or laundering of the item.

Local Pickup

NO REFUNDS. Local Pickup orders will be eligible for exchange or store credit only, within 14 days of fulfillment. 

Store credit or exchange will not be issued for items returned with any odor, pet hair, signs of wear, or missing tags, as it would now be considered as used.
