When will my item ship?

We usually send items out within two business days of the order. Some of our products will have a shipping date in the description or will have a notice that if the item is not in store at the time of purchase it will be sent out as soon as it is restocked. 


How long does it take to ship my order? 

This depends entirely on the shipping option you choose at checkout. We work hard to provide quick service but can only go as fast as the shipping company we use. We use up to the moment information from the shipper to ensure you have control over what you want and when you want it.  


What if I don't like my item? 

We have a returns page that will guid you through the process of returns. Because you are shopping online we want you o love what you get so we allow exchanges and returns within 14 days of purchase. Please note that shipping costs are non refundable and not reimbursed. 


What if my item is damaged? 

First of all we are so sorry you received a damaged item. Items damaged during shipment should be reported to the shipping company. If it manufacturer we will work on it with you. If it is due to use we give responsibility to you. 


Can I return Items on sale? 

The short answer is no, unfortunately we can not take any items back that are on sale. This includes sales gained using discount codes. 


So you picked Local Pick Up as your shipping option. 

You will be notified via email when your order is ready to be picked up. We do this because, as mentioned above, we do pre orders and have some items always available as basics. Once you receive your email you may pick up in the Lethbridge store during business hours. 


Will you be restocking items that are sold out?

It is unlikely that we will be restocking sold out items. Our goal is to keep our inventory fresh and new - always bringing in new items. (No one wants to be caught wearing the same dress as someone else at church or a wedding reception). If you see something you like, we suggest snagging it sooner rather than later as items have been selling out quickly!


Is MISH under new ownership?

YES! MISH was sold in November 2020 to Wayne and Jasmine Burton but don't worry, they will continue to offer high quality, modest, trendy clothing you'll be sure to love.
